Need a microservice architect/cloud native architect to create a backend system ( email service)which can handle multiple emails/messages per per day

We are looking professional cloud native architect/solution architect to help us design a robust email services . This service will be exposed via rest api's. Skills • Creating robust centralized backend email service system, detailing out all the domains and services needed for email service and interactions between them patterns used adhering to cloud native patterns • Queues and Kubernetes rabbitmq/kafka • Microservices architecture adhering to 12 factors • Cloud Native Architect ( In depth of cloud knowledge) . Availability, Scalability and Fault tolerant system with no resource starvation Considerations: There should be no limitations on the number of emails sent No resource starvation Easy to triage in case of issues. How are retries , bounces handled. List down the funcatioanal and non functiaonl requirements Are there requirements to store a history of message sources / recipients do we want to make some statistics and report . How are Message Filetring, Message durabiltya , message dedupliaiton handled? The System should be robust and the following traits to be followed: Scalability Able to hanlde multiple requests at once, handling millions of emails per day, and so on. The ability to handle a larger amount of work without losing it's performance nor compromising much else like functionality and etc. Fault tolerance: Can the system continue even though one or more components of a system fails? Email Systems need to be robust and be as functional as possible even if part of a system fails since people expect an email system to be functional almost 99.9% of the time. Reliability. Email is important. A disk failure or a negligent sysadmin should not be a cause for losing it. The mail server should always be running, and well-connected to the internet. Availability.
