I need a reliable CNC program written for a vertical machining centre (VMC) that will be cutting aluminium stock. The part design is ready; what I am missing is a clean, optimised tool-path and error-free G-code that I can load straight into the machine and run with confidence. Scope • Analyse the 3-D model and drawings I supply. • Choose appropriate tooling, spindle speeds, feeds and step-downs for aluminium on a VMC. • Generate and post-process the program in the control language I specify when we start (Fanuc-style preferred). • Provide a basic setup sheet listing tools, offsets, work origin and any special notes. • Include a simulation report or screenshot so I can verify there are no crashes or over-cuts before first article. Acceptance criteria – Program must run dry in back-plot without alarms. – Surface finish call-outs on the drawing must be achievable without secondary operations. – All critical dimensions remain within the tolerances shown. If you normally work in Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidCAM or a similar package, let me know—any of those will suit me. I’m happy to answer questions about fixturing, coolant, or tooling libraries once we begin.
