I need a clean, production-ready CNC program for a milling machine cutting steel parts exclusively with 1/8 end-milling operations. You will receive the 3D model (STEP) I prefer a fusion 360 program file The goal is straightforward: maximise tool life and surface finish while keeping cycle time competitive. Please choose efficient toolpaths, apply proper feeds and speeds for steel, and include any recommended adaptive clearing or high-speed strategies if they shorten the cycle without compromising accuracy. Deliverables • G-code compatible with Fanuc-style controllers • Setup sheet showing tools, offsets, coolant requirements, and estimated cycle time • Simulation proof (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar) verifying no collisions and a final part within tolerance I will run a dry-run on our machine; if the program cuts air without alarms, the project is accepted. Minor tweaks after the first run are part of the job.
