CNC Router EPS Toolpath Preparation (Vectric Aspire + Mach3) Project Overview I am looking for a freelance CNC specialist with REAL experience in: CNC Router EPS foam machining Vectric Aspire Mach3 GCode generation This is NOT a 3D modeling project. The 3D model is already completed and will be provided in: OBJ STL I need a professional who can prepare the project correctly for CNC production in EPS foam. Scope of Work The freelancer must: 1. Split the 3D model into CNC-ready sections Divide the model into production-ready parts Optimize dimensions according to EPS sheet size Ensure assembly continuity between parts 2. Organize/Nest parts inside EPS sheets Efficient layout and material optimization Proper spacing between pieces Clean organization and labeling 3. Create CNC toolpaths in Vectric Aspire Required: Roughing toolpaths Finishing toolpaths Toolpaths must be manually configured for EPS machining.
