Real Estate Agen Web Design

We are requiring a redesign of a real estate agent web site. There are approximately 8 pages: home, about, buying, selling, listings, contact, about area, about remax. We have an existing listing database that will provide the listings. We will want 2 forms, 1 for contact and 1 for a visitor to submit the type of properties they are looking for. The forms must work upon completion and delivery. The look and feel needs to be nature like. The client is located in Colorado (near Boulder) so pictures of mountains and nature mixed in with higher end homes will work well. Our client is particular about what she likes and doesn't like and will most likely have 1-2 revisions to your design. This is a ReMax agent - include Remax in the design but don't make it all about ReMax. We will provide photos of the agent after the bid is accepted. Professional quality graphics design only. Required Completion: 02/04/04 $20 per day deduction from your cost if the project is not complete to customers acceptance by completion date. Payment terms must be progressed so that final payment will not be made until client accepts design and it is delivered 100% (40%/30%/20%). This is a fast track project for everyone. Please provide as much detail and experience as possible in your bid. We will be coordinating with the client to ensure she is satisfied with your experience and ability to complete the work.
