Commercial Property Rental App Development in Flutter

I'll first want to see your app then only I'll tell you to customise that app for me. If I hire you for this project then you will have to work on my project daily 10-6 Monday to Saturday. You can not work on any other project in this duration. No money will be paid in advance untill you show me 30% of the work. If you accept my conditions then only bid on this project. Don't show me any codecanyon script. I want people can add their shop, showroom details with images and videos on their account. Those details should be shown to buyers in that area. When any user will install our app, app should fetch their geo location with address and should be fixed on top left of the app like we see on Zomato swiggy. Buyers should see the results that particular pincode only. Means when any property owner list their property details on any pincode and a buyer also install our app on that pincode or state then buyer should see all available properties of that pincode at first and also should have the option to search properties from search box by entering Pincode, name of the area, city of the area etc. Apart from details of property, we will have to show distance of the property from buyer's location like we see distance on Zomato swiggy infront of Restaurant name. There should be three panels Admin Panel Buyer panel Property owner panel. Backend should be on firebase. There should be push notifications. There should be subscription system on the app. For booking any property, buyer needs to pay our fee. Once buyer pay the subscription fee, Seller's contact details and map location will be visible to buyer. Similarly seller will install our app and create their account to list their property, seller will also have to pay the subscription fee. We should be able to download buyer or seller details from admin panel. Buyer or seller should be able to contact admin by whatsapp. User can not create any other account using same mobile number or email i.d. Signup page should be beautiful with OTP Authentication.
