The Communications Specialist is responsible to create communication strategies for internal and external contacts using HubSpot. The Communications Specialist is responsible for creating clear and targeted messaging for employees, customers and stakeholders, while supporting strong brand positioning and managing public affairs.
· Implementing internal and external communication projects and other communications initiatives.
· Writing and proofreading of content including articles, letters and other communications materials.
· Creating presentations, infographic, graphics and other communications content according to brand guidelines.
· Supporting communications activities in HubSpot.
· Managing and executing projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
· At least 3 years working in Communications or Marketing fields or related professional experience.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business administration, or other relevant related discipline.
· Proven experience working with HubSpot
· Business fluency in English with strong writing skills.
· Proficient in MS Office
· Detail oriented with high level of organization skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team from remote setting.
· Ability to work from 12AM to 9AM PH Time
· Must have his/her own PC/laptop
· Stable internet connection with back-up data plan
· Noise-cancelling headset
