Haulla is a waste management service company for businesses. We help businesses save money on waste collection with the lowest costs.
Problem Situation
In the process of delivering dumpsters in the customers’ sites , incorrect dumpsters are being delivered, and the final confirmation of delivery completion is not being properly ensured. This situation requires a physical count check.
In the process of waste pickup service, problems like miss pick-ups(not picking up) or wrong pick-ups(heading to the wrong place) arise. While other kinds of problems exist, we are particularly concerned about the problems that need on-site check.
Your Challenges:
On-Site Inspection on Dumpster Delivery Status(1-3)
1. Go to the Address of Customer Commercial Sites.
2. Check if the black dumpster with designated serial number is located in the location in the image.
2-1. Dumpster is present in the given location
By ‘Check’, it means taking a visual photo including its serial number and providing a description about it when reporting.
2-2. Dumpster is not present in the given location
If the black dumpster with a designated serial number does not exist in the designated location, take a picture of the
location showing its absence and report through Discord.
2-2-a. Check the surrounding area in case the dumpster has arrived but is located in another location.
2-2-a-1. Dumpster is present in another location nearby
Turn on ‘Google Map’ and confirm its location, plus taking a visual photo with its serial number.
2-2-a-2. Dumpster is nowhere to be found near the site
Report by description in Discord that a dumpster is nowhere to be found near the sites.
3. After on-site check, report the materials through ‘Discord’.
(Combine the visual material and the description and report them together at once)
Report and Manage
Report through ‘Discord’ channel.
For errors and mismatches found during inspection, do not intervene and just report the status in Discord.
For abnormalities or odd things that happened or spotted during the inspection process, report in Discord.
