As part of the engagement, we will provide: • Executed Declaration of Trust confirming your beneficial ownership • Certified KYC documents (passport and proof of address) for AML compliance • Completion and signing of relevant Companies House filings related to the shareholding • Confirmation once the nominee shareholder is listed on the public register • A written undertaking to maintain the role for a minimum of 12 months and transfer the shares back upon your written request This service is structured as an ongoing 12-month engagement, ensuring continued compliance and responsiveness for confirmation statements or other statutory filings during the period.
