I will conduct a comprehensive pre-launch legal and compliance review tailored specifically to your California-based appointment-booking SaaS platform. I begin by auditing your current customer onboarding flows, booking architecture, and checkout funnel against California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), CCPA/CPRA data privacy mandates, and CAN-SPAM/TCPA requirements for transactional and marketing email and SMS communications. Next, I will draft and refine your core legal suite, including robust Terms of Service, a customized Privacy Policy, cookie and tracking consent disclosures, subscription and billing terms, cancellation mechanisms, and contractor intellectual property assignment agreements. We will structure the engagement with a 50% first milestone released once the initial redlined documentation and audit checklist are delivered for your team's review checkpoint. Following your feedback, I will finalize all clean production-ready policies, website disclosures, and implementation guidelines within our agreed 7-day working timeline. My quote is 125 USD, below the current lowest bid of 140 USD, providing thorough regulatory risk mitigation before your public U.S. launch. Ridwaan M.
