SOC 1 & 2 Audit Specialist Needed

We are seeking an experienced SOC 2 Auditor with strong expertise in compliance, risk management, and IT security frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting SOC 1 & SOC 2 audits, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Requirements: Plan, execute, and report on SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls related to IT security, availability, confidentiality, processing integrity, and privacy Identify gaps, risks, and control deficiencies; provide recommendations for remediation Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client-specific requirements Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external auditors to drive audit readiness and closure Maintain proper audit documentation and ensure timely delivery of reports Ideal Skills: Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, or compliance Strong knowledge of SOC 1, SOC 2 frameworks and related security standards Mandatory Certifications (any of the following): SOC 1 / SOC 2 certification CISA, CISSP, CCSP, or CCSK Proficiency in auditing cloud-based environments and security controls Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs), ISO 27001, NIST, or other security frameworks I need a thorough assessment to ensure our compliance and strengthen our security posture.
