Questions: 1) For the new ground-floor toilet: where are existing soil/vent stacks and the main drain run; is the floor slab-on-grade or over a basement/crawl; and are there accessibility targets that drive minimum clearances/turning radii? 2) For the electrical/IT suite: what is the current service size and panel locations; target rack count/UPS strategy; 24/7 cooling requirement and noise limits; and any preference for fire suppression (clean agent vs water) and room fire-rating? Suggestions: 1) Re-stack wet cores to minimize new plumbing: place the powder room back-to-back with kitchen/laundry to share supply/vent; only consider a macerator if gravity fall is infeasible Use a pocket door to gain code clearances in a compact footprint, add acoustic insulation, and line up vents with existing stacks to avoid roof penetrations 2) Create an arrival sequence + resilient MEP backbone: add a shallow, daylit vestibule (airlock) with clear sightline to a focal wall; integrate a mud alcove and concealed storage; open living by swapping a bearing wall for a flush steel beam You send me a message ok, lets discuss and btw my portfolio is uploaded here and on my website.
