I run five active WhatsApp groups that support members taking part in our community challenge. I’m looking for someone who can moderate the Whatsapp group chat on a regular basis to answer any questions and flag any concerns. You’ll have a concise FAQ to lean on for the common questions, but I still expect you to add a warm, supportive touch so replies never feel copy-and-pasted. If a comment crosses the line or a participant seems distressed, simply escalate it to me right away; otherwise, you’ll resolve everything you can on the spot. You will probably need to check in on the chats twice a day for about 10 minutes. The essentials are straightforward: strong written English, a friendly tone, WhatsApp access on a stable internet connection, and the ability to start immediately.
