I will soon issue a full drawing package—over 10,000 m²—for a new development in the Republic of Congo and need every sheet professionally proof-read before it goes to the authorities and contractors. Key tasks • Spot and correct dimension errors, note inconsistencies, missing call-outs and clashes between disciplines. • Verify that every detail aligns with current local building codes and local zoning laws. • Flag any wording that might be unclear to on-site crews or municipal reviewers. • Deliver a marked-up PDF set plus a concise summary report so the design team can revise quickly. Expectations • Solid background in real-estate documentation or construction engineering. • Proven experience proofreading large, technical drawing sets. • Familiarity with Congolese or comparable regional regulations a major advantage. • Timely, transparent communication throughout the review cycle.
