Title: Need Interior Designer/Architect for Technical Drawings & Execution Guidance (Residential Project) Description: I am in the process of constructing my own house and I am looking for an experienced interior designer or architect who can guide me through the execution phase. I am a 3D visualizer myself, so I can handle all the 3D visuals/renderings for the project. What I need assistance with is: Preparation of technical drawings (floor plans, working drawings, elevations, electrical, plumbing, furniture layout, etc.) Material specifications and execution guidance Regular consultation and support during the construction phase Coordinating technical details with contractors/fabricators when required Important Note: I don’t require 3D visuals from you, as I will be doing that part.
