I’m starting a new temple construction project and need an experienced Site Engineer to take full responsibility for on-site supervision. Your main role will be to keep the build running smoothly and safely while staying faithful to the architectural and structural intent already in place. Day-to-day you’ll monitor workmanship, check alignments and levels, verify that materials meet spec, and coordinate closely with the architects, structural consultants and contractors. I expect concise daily progress reports, quick issue resolution, and proactive communication when design clarifications are needed. Familiarity with common civil tools such as AutoCAD for quick mark-ups, MS Project or similar for scheduling, and standard safety and quality checklists will help you succeed here. The site is ready for mobilisation, so I’m looking to award quickly. If you have solid temple or similarly detailed cultural/religious construction experience, please highlight it; otherwise, strong commercial or residential site-supervision credentials paired with a sharp eye for finish quality are welcome. Deliverables • Daily and weekly site supervision reports with photos • Immediate escalation notes for any design or safety non-conformance • Final hand-over dossier summarising inspections, approvals and snag lists Let me know your availability to be on site, the supervision model you prefer (full-time or scheduled visits), and a brief outline of comparable projects you’ve personally overseen.
