Large Sculpture Foundation

I'm looking for a skilled professional to do a calculation on the drawings (attached) of a concrete foundation for a large public sculpture. Requirements: - The sculpture is over 4.5m high and weighs 3 tonnes. - Hi I am a sculptor and industrial designer. I wish to get a brief overview on my foundation design. I can only go .5 m into ground due to services running closeby I wish to site the base down .5m and with ,25m over the ground with 1.4mcu of concrete the steel and stone arc just 100 degrees of a circle 1.2 wide x 4.3m radius will have I beam type steepl with stone infills approx 3 tonnes. The foundation must be sturdy and durable to support the weight and height of the sculpture. Sculpture must survive a wind loading of minimum 120km/hr winds Ideal Skills: - Experience with heavy concrete work to check wind loading of this 2m x 1m x .6m base and the grounding of 15mm plate with 12 m16 fixings. 1.4cumsq of concrete with mesh and reebar reinforcement. - Knowledge of structural integrity for large installations - Ability to provide a solid and safe base for public art Please provide examples of similar work done.
