I’m preparing to break ground on a residential new-build and need a seasoned general contractor to take the project from empty lot to turnkey hand-over. You’ll be responsible for scheduling and supervising all trades, sourcing materials, keeping the site compliant with local codes and inspections, and maintaining tight control over quality, cost, and timeline. Key deliverables • Detailed construction schedule with milestone check-ins • On-site supervision and daily progress reporting (photos, notes) • Coordination of subcontractors for foundation, framing, MEP, roofing, finishes, and landscaping • Procurement of materials and management of vendor relationships • Permit coordination and inspection sign-offs with local authorities • Final punch-list resolution and certificate-of-occupancy hand-over Please outline recent residential builds you’ve run, your preferred project management tools (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, etc.), and typical crew size.
