I'm looking for a skilled YouTube producer to help start a YouTube College Basketball Podcast that has a solid following on IG and Twitter. The content will be a mix of interviews, entertainment, and instagram reels , but we need a producer to take this to the next level Key Responsibilities: - Content ideation and planning - Video production, including filming and editing - Channel management and growth strategies - Engaging with the audience through comments and social media Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in YouTube production - Strong video editing skills - Knowledge of YouTube algorithms and audience engagement I need this project kicked off ASAP.
