I run the meme channel @Xylen1234 and I’m looking for an Indian creator-manager who can take the reins for the next three months and help me turn things around. The channel is a personal venture and I’m offering an even 50 % revenue split for the period. What I need you to own • Content creation – fresh, original memes remain the top performers on the channel, so I expect you to script, edit and upload a steady stream of Shorts and the occasional long-form compilation. • Audience engagement – reply to comments, spark community posts at the right times for a predominantly US audience, and test out collabs or trends when they make sense. • Channel analytics – dive into YouTube Studio daily, track CTR, AVD, RPM and retention, then adjust thumbnails, titles and posting times based on the data. Key details – Focus on Shorts growth; my recent numbers are soft and I want to see a clear uptick in views and subs. – Maintain a consistent upload cadence we’ll agree on up-front. – All edits should be mobile-friendly, vertical, and optimized for the first three seconds. – Weekly recap: a concise report covering wins, misses and next steps. Acceptance criteria at the end of three months: upward trend in average daily views, higher Shorts reach, and clear documentation of what is or isn’t working so we can double-down after the contract. If you’re confident in scaling meme content for a US crowd and can back it up with analytics-driven decisions, let’s talk.
