FULL TIME ROLE 50 PLUS HOURS PER WEEK
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work for us. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first class service to existing and potential clients plus contributing to and ensuring the smooth execution of all office and administrative procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
Facebook and PPC account management experience, you will be well versed in Google doc including sheets etc
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills with the ability to follow instructions.
Outstanding organisational skills
Be honest, ethical and maintain confidentiality
Show attention to detail in everything you do
Knowledge of the digital media industry is advantageous but not essential
Be able to work autonomously and also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment
A MINIMUM of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Duties will include:
Email and other correspondences
Updating of Outlook diary entries
Assist with rosters and other freelancers and office staff Pay sheets and account reconciliations
