Building a Marketing Team

Looking for 3 positions; 1.) Website Management and Design 2.) Advertising Campaign Manager 3.) Copywriter I manage the marketing (and some) for a few small business owners internationally. I want to train, hire and develop 3 intergral positions as I'm looking to expand my business. I want to focus more on client relations and new business. Right now, im stretched thin doing all roles and would rather have dedicated positions as not to lack in quality. Currently use Click funnels along with Google and Facebook advertising tools such as Tag manager and Re-targeting pixels. I need some one to create the content (Copy-writer), display that content (website design) and advertise the product/service (Campaign Manager). There is no salary or hourly wage. This is starting commission. I have a current client selling a suppliment that i want to trial this 'team' with. The client sells their supplement for 89.99. For every tub sold, 5% will be paid to each position. 89.99 x 5% = $4.49 paid to you for each tub sold. We are performance driven, not FEE driven. This is a key fundamental as to why I've been able to scoop new clients. Please respond with any and all relevant experience. Tell me a little bit about yourself and what you hope to achieve.
