I’m preparing a series of easy-to-read briefs on the intersection of business, geopolitics and the wider economy, aimed squarely at an informed yet non-specialist audience. To do this I need someone who can track down the most relevant, up-to-date articles and publications from credible sources—think reputable newspapers, policy journals, think-tank commentary, institutional white papers and authoritative magazines. Here’s what I’m looking for: • A curated collection of 25–30 recent pieces (published within the last 12 months) that illuminate major shifts in global trade, corporate strategy, political risk or macro-economic trends. • A short paragraph for each item that summarises the key insight in plain language, highlights why it matters to everyday readers, and notes any potential bias. • Full citations with working links so I can fact-check quickly. Harvard style is ideal, but consistency is what counts. • A brief overview (500–600 words) pulling the threads together into a coherent narrative I can build on for my own writing. The tone of every summary must be accessible—no jargon, no academic fog—yet still accurate enough that an analyst won’t roll their eyes. Factiva, Nexis, JSTOR, IMF datasets, OECD reports and similar tools are all fair game so long as the final material is open-access or properly referenced. I’ll review the first five summaries as a checkpoint; once we’re aligned, the rest can follow. Delivery in a single, clean Google Doc will do. If you’re comfortable distilling complex geopolitical and economic material for a general readership, let’s get started.
