Technical Writer and Wordsmith Needed (SaaS) - Knowledge Base

Clevero is a B2B SaaS Platform. We offer modern all-in-one business management software with beautiful UI, deep flexibility and serious automation power that provides small and medium enterprise a platform to fuel their growth.
Integral to our offering is the ability for our customers and partners to understand our platform and its capabilities, how to set it up, and how to use it.
We are looking for a rockstar Technical Writer to join us for a longer term project to create comprehensive, accurate and engaging knowledge bases for each of our stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating a content plan for each of the knowledge bases, mapping topics, audiences and defining a best fit style to get the messages across to each group
- Engaging with our team to understand platform capabilities and use cases, gathering all necessary information to write knowledge base articles
- Writing the knowledge base articles, including preparing screenshots to support written content
- Taking feedback, tracking and making updates and edits to ensure we hit the mark with each piece of content
- Proof reading closely, and ensuring all content is coherent and error free
The right candidate will have:
- Several years of background as a technical writer in the SaaS space (experience in CRM/ERP/Business software highly valued). Please provide relevant examples.
- Masterful communication skills, the ability to absorb complex topics, break them down, and communicate them to others in an easily understandable way
- A clear, concise and engaging writing style (let's make it fun)
- Ability to work with us during Australian business hours
- Fluent English (strict requirement)
This job will require full time work, with the option ongoing employment thereafter to create new and update content.
Happy to talk fixed price versus hourly work.
