Conga CLM Developer Needed ASAP

I’m rolling out a full-scale Conga CLM implementation and need an expert who can jump in immediately and take ownership for the next three months (full-time, very likely to extend). The core mandate is to design and build end-to-end contract lifecycle workflows in Salesforce, with special emphasis on post-execution management so we can finally track renewals, obligations, and amendments without spreadsheets. Here’s what the role looks like day-to-day: • Architect and configure Conga CLM, including clause libraries, contract templates, approval rules, and document automation. • Write and review Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow-driven logic to tie CLM to the rest of our Salesforce org and downstream systems. • Align the build with our existing Quote-to-Cash process and surface the right data to Sales, Legal, and Finance. • Collaborate in PST hours with colleagues across multiple US time zones; real-time communication is important. • Deliver clear documentation and a quick knowledge-transfer session before go-live so admins can support the solution. Acceptance criteria 1. A fully functioning post-execution management module (alerts, milestone tracking, amendment handling) deployed to production. 2. Zero critical Apex or Flow errors in Salesforce Health Check after deployment. 3. All templates, clauses, and approval paths migrated from legacy Word and email processes into Conga CLM. 4. User sign-off from Legal, Sales Ops, and Finance within two weeks of launch.
