Sale executive & interior designer

I run a growing residential interiors firm and now need someone who can confidently take on two sides of the business with equal weight: driving new sales and translating those wins into beautiful, practical home designs. On the sales front you will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, qualifying prospects, preparing persuasive presentations, and closing contracts. Once a project is signed, you’ll switch hats to craft the design concept—space planning, mood boards, material and colour selections, basic 3-D visualisations, and clear specifications ready for my execution team. Good command of tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar is expected so you can deliver drawings that contractors understand. Because both aspects are critical, I’m looking for someone with proven experience in residential interiors as well as a track record of meeting or beating sales targets. Highlight those results in your application so I can see numbers and projects that demonstrate you’ve done this before.
