Make software development agreement

Job Description:
I need to draft a simple agreement from Individual Entrepreneur from Portugal with a company in Dubai to develop software.
The company is trusted, so the smaller the agreement the better.
Basic principles:
1. Payment based on an hourly rate of 100 EUR per hour.
2. Contract started on 1 October 22
3. Payment cycle of 1 month, payment not later than every 5th of the next month.
4. The contract has no expiry date, either party may terminate it at its discretion with 10 days notice to the other
5. I will enclose a general list of works separately.
6. The bank's fee for the transfer is paid by the client

And I need an example of an Invoice for payment under this contract.
