Scale D2C Meta Ads Profitably

I’m looking for a hands-on Meta Ads specialist who can take full ownership of our ad account and push it toward profitable scale. My number-one priority is achieving a target CPA, and the stage that needs the most immediate attention is the conversion layer of the funnel. Here’s what the engagement will look like from week one: • Build a clean account structure, configure pixel and CAPI tracking, and map out clear retargeting rules that move prospects smoothly from awareness to purchase. • Research and segment audiences in detail, then launch campaigns that zero in on converting traffic while testing two to three fresh UGC-style creatives every week. • Analyse performance daily, optimise bids, budgets, and placements, and share a concise weekly report outlining wins, issues, and next steps so we stay fully accountable. • Offer CRO feedback on landing pages, offers, and checkout flow to remove friction and lift CVR. Success will be measured by our ability to hit the agreed CPA, raise CTR, and keep ROAS consistent as spend scales past the ₹10 Lakh mark.
