Our company is editor of various ecommerce websites in B2B. We are looking for someone to help with online support in english.
We are looking for people with high quality english writing capabilities and previous support experience. The tasks to be performed include support through email (ticket system), live chat, deliver requested information, assigned support tasks, and general support to achieve users satisfaction. You may have to return calls in rare occasions.

Work will involve skilled data entries in the knowledge database (FAQ) and CRM software (tickets) and good sense of customer service.
Position is part time 12 to 18 hours per week (2-3 hours/day 6 days) with the opportunity to increase hours. You will need a broadband internet access.
Speaking another european language (german, spanish, French, russian) is a big plus
