I need someone to help me run my personal and business life. The ideal applicant speaks perfect English, and will be making phone calls. I am looking for someone with a very low per hour cost ($5 or less per hour), and as you help my business become more successful, we will negotiate pay raises. Other tasks include: 1) writing articles for my real estate websites (with specific keyword densities), 2) Sending, receiving, following up with, and organizing paperwork for Real Estate transactions, also keeping track of key time lines for these same transactions, 3) Keeping clients updated on the status of their transaction and scheduling inspections by interfacing with escrow, inspectors, other brokers, and loan professionals, 4) itemizing receipts for US tax purposes 5) Keeping track of birthdays and anniversaries and proactively ordering flowers/gifts delivered, setting dinner reservations, sending cards to friends/clients 6) responding to queries generated from my websites by signing on to the MLS (real estate database) and giving details to the person on a property, setting them up with automated market email alerts, and calling them. We will start slowly, and add more tasks as time progresses. The workload will initially be low, and will increase as I train you. Payment will be on a monthly basis.
