Revise a booklet and application

I need to have a booklet and a few other single page documents revised with my own branding on them. Items to do. Booklet 16 page booklet. there are 12 pages that are exactly the same only thing different is that they are numbered weeks 1-12 than there is a front cover and back cover with a few words on them. Application This is a single one sided document Health Questionnaire This is a singe one sided document New Prospect tracker This is a single two sided document You will have to do a few changes to each document it will be very minimal. Also add a logo to the documents. If you are good with adobe this project should take no longer that 2 hours max
