In my time I have completed TONS of pcb design projects on various topics. I can take on writing about it, if you will state your project more precisely: How much words is expected(I can take on approx 5000), how detailed the drawings should be, should I only qualitatively describe with words, or I must provide with some handy calculation formulas. Just one question... since when H.A.L. is related with PCB design? It very rarely(I know only one case) may influence circuit diagram, yes. But when you've seen it to influence PCB design factors? I haven't in 5 years of work. I'd love to hear about that case ;))).
