Virtual Assistant Wanted

I am looking for a virtual assistant that can work at least 4-6 hours per day, who has strong American/US English writing and speaking skills to perform work with copywriting (articles, web content, blog posting, press releases, etc..), basic SEO and link building work, social media posting, basic web development or website editing abilities (preferably through dreamweaver) can do simple accounting work, classified ad posting, email sending, basic research work, and autoresponder/list management for both email and text messaging. It would be a bonus if you have any video editing skills or experience, but not necessary. The ideal candidate must have a smart phone which can access the mobile web, have access to Skype to communicate directly with me on a daily basis, and have a direct phone line where they can be reached at ANYTIME during scheduled work hours. Also, you must be willing to learn aspects of our work and go through some online training (paid of course) so you can be more effective at providing various services needed to help manage and organize my company. In addition, I would lean more to a company with multiple staff members rather than a single lone wolf individual worker so there can always be someone available to work even if my main worker is out ill or has some personal work conflict, but I am open to evaluating all bidders. In addition, it is helpful to see ratings of multiple jobs performed on freelancer so I can see some stability and credibility from past performance.
