Looking for several writers, who are available to produce 10-50 articles (varying in length from 300-700 words, with the greatest percentage of work in the 500-word range) per week in your given niche.
Monthly bonuses in the form of a percentage of earnings of said month will be awarded to writers with a 100% on-time record. Conversely, each writer will work on a 3-strikes basis before dismissal from my team–unless previous notice of at least 3 days is given. I understand life happens and you will have other projects, which may come into conflict from time to time, but I expect a courtesy notice of your anticipated timing issue in order to allow for reassignment to another writer.
Monthly bonuses in the form of a percentage of earnings of said month will be awarded to writers who produce articles that require little or no editing by me. I perform all editing. As such, I keep a log of time spent editing (not just reading) each article and assign that time to a writer. Writers are not billed for my time, but the highest performing writers will receive a performance bonus. I do not place a limit on this, as should each writer have a nearly clean month, I wouldn’t want to have to choose just one or two writers. Bottom line: write well=get rewarded. Conversely, writers whose articles consistently require a lot of my time will be communicated, with the expectation of improving the issue(s) in question. Little or no improvement will lead to dismissal.
Obviously, I prescribe to the “incentive” rather than “bring down the hammer” ideologies. You’re the writer; I’m the editor. It’s a team, and I expect professionalism and teamwork. Some articles may be returned to you with editorial feedback / requests. I expect prompt (within 24 hours) communication and turnaround.
Payments will be made bi-monthly via paypal.
Finally–I don’t check for plagiarism; I have a staff member whose solitary job is to check each article via 5 processes (3 systems; and 2 processes I have created). It’s just unacceptable and grounds for immediate termination. AND this is not a rewriting job. Articles will be expected to be completely original. Any returns less than 100% are kicked to me for review.

-How many articles you can produce without fail on a weekly basis?
-Your experience and whether or not you have ever had an editor (it’s okay if you haven’t, but do articulate you comfort level with feedback, etc.)?
-Do you have SEO experience in your niche(s)?
-What is your bid for 25 x 500-word articles (regardless of how many you ask per week)? Paste ~25x500~ into your bid so I know you understood to bid for 25 500-word articles.
-The monthly bonus percentage you think you would deserve and why (for timeliness & performance, separately)? I have rates, but I am open to rewarding outstanding performers according to what they feel they deserve within reason.
Serious candidates should include the following:
-Resume (New freelancers are welcome. However, I expect rate to reflect experience to some degree; you will have a chance to dazzle me with you samples)
-Samples of each niche for which you would like to receive work
-Whether or not you have and will disclose a secondary means of contact (phone #). Most communication will occur via email, as that provides a record for each of us. However, there will be times when I am scrambling to get articles covered, and telephone communication is faster.
All work and copyright ownership rights will become my property.

However, all providers expecting serious consideration should be sure to address ALL 7 points under "Tell me:" and all 3 under "Serious candidates should include the following:"--if you don't follow instructions at this stage, there is little point in proceeding further. Little to no consideration will be given to those who do not address each prompt--even if to just say 'I don't have a resume, but here is my experience and education' etc.
I need your specific areas of expertise, as I am adding to my team and want as many niches covered as possible. You're welcome to tell me your secondary preferences but "SEO" in general isn't really adequate, as any topic can be SEO'd. I want you to be able to produce quickly, so that you are earning more for your valuable time. We all write the best and most expediently in certain areas--I want to know what those are for you. You may (and probably will) be asked to write outside of your expertise, but I need to know what you are best at.
Note: SAMPLES should be attached for each niche you claim strength in. If it is your strength, then you should have samples on hand. These will NOT be used by my service without hiring and compensating you for them.
Writers without feedback are welcome. However, as I expressed before--your bid should reflect your verifiable service record. Keep in mind that I am able to offer these volumes because I am an article "wholesaler".

I am not requiring your personal information, and certainly do not want anyone to violate GAF policy, as such--it is very easy to delete Name/contact info from any given resume. We're writers; this shouldn't be a big hurdle, right? Thanks.

25x500 ..since I am new to GAF will be able to write 2-3 article per day.I am engineer by profession so can write technical articles aprt from that can write general articles as well
