Talented translator needed to MANUALLY translate the attached text to Spanish.

Hi, I would need a talented translator to MANUALLY (i.e. without using any translation software) translate the attached text to Spanish. Would you please format the text: underlining, numbering, font coloring and writing in bold all the French words corresponding to that in English. The text in black font was poorly translated a few years ago on [login to view URL] (now acquired by Freelancer.com). Also, I made a few changes to the text in black font and I need a professional translator to read and correct the previously translated Spanish version to better reflect the English version. Its Microsoft Word count is 1,777 words. The text in purple font needs to be translated "from scratch". Its Microsoft Word count is 2,657 words. There is no need to bid is your Spanish skills are not excellent because Spanish is my second language and I can EASILY know the difference between a "software" translation and a "Human" translation in Spanish language. (I just do not have enough time to translate it by myself and would rather pay to get a good job done). Therefore, IF THE FINAL WORK IS NOT 100% GOOD, I will pay you a very small percentage of the escrowed fund. Please, read the requirements of the job and the text CAREFULLY to make sure that your skills are good and you are able to do the job.
