Writers need to be located in Australia or be a native English speaker located in mainland China so we can ship the products to them.
With the product in hand writers must assemble, start and use the product. Full and accurate instructions can then be put into the manual.
Manuals need to be produced in English to "Native English Speaker" standards.

Writers need to be technically adept and be able to figure out how to assemble and start a range of engine powered products such as small generators or whipper snippers for example.
Manuals must include:
- Assembly instructions
- Starting guide (for items with an engine)
- Safety Warnings
- Instructions on how to use the product
- Warranty restrictions
- Maintenance instructions
While many items already have a very basic set of instructions, the writer will need to research the product in question to identify common safety issues, service intervals, problems etc.
The writer must be able to take basic photographs to illustrate procedures listed in the manual.
The manuals need to be submitted in MS Word format with all layout completed for headings, text and graphics. The finished manual must be ready for production after some minor updates from our staff.
We have around 200 manuals to complete, with a constant supply of new products arriving at all times.
Writers must be able to understand consumer machinery such as small generators or whipper snippers.
Please bid/quote on a per manual basis. Arrangements can be made for extra complex manuals.
