Hi, I designed a new part for existing product that made in one of the factories in China, And i agree with them that i will pay for the mold so they can manufacture this adding extra part of their product that they manufacture and sell. And i want to sign a strong agreement to make sure they dont sell the product with my designed adding part on it and they agree on that, And also protect my copy right of this adding part design in China, I need a strong Chines/English agreement with them and also a legal lawyer in china name on the agreement as legal representative to protect my idea in China by the force of the Law in republic of china. Once we have an agreement i will share the details. Im looking for Chinese lawyer only for this project because its in China, I apologize for rejecting any other lawyer from other country than China.
