ghost writers (ebook and newsletters) for ongoing work

I am looking for a ghostwriter to write an ebook for me on plumbing tips and tricks. I will provide some content but the writer will need to do own research. The ebook will be provided as a free download at my website to encourage and help collect emails from potential customers. In addition to the ebook, i also require 2 newsletters monthly on the same topic. The ebook should be 20 pages and the newsletter should be only 1 to 2 pages long. You must use your own words and must write good English. I need two quotes, one for the ebook and the second quote for the biweekly newsletter. Please submit evidence of previous work.
