We’re not looking for generic fitness content. We’re looking for someone who gets brand energy, understands aesthetic cohesion, and can create content that feels seamless within our existing grid. About Redefined Studio Redefined is more than a Pilates studio — it’s a community. Our brand is strong, gender inclusive, empowering, elevated, and intentional. Every post must feel aligned with that identity. If you love clean visuals, confident messaging, and creating content that feels premium but relatable — you’ll thrive here. The Role Every 4 weeks, you will deliver: • 8 x Carousel Posts • 3 x Reels (videography clips provided) • All content created from a structured brief • Grid planning • Delivered ready to post (Canva files + captions + hashtags) Your job is to: • Ensure content aligns seamlessly with the current grid • Maintain visual consistency and brand tone • Elevate ideas beyond the brief with your own creativity • Meet deadlines without reminders What We’re Looking For • Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and Instagram grid flow • Ability to create scroll-stopping carousel design • Skilled at editing reels from provided footage • Confident copywriter (fitness/wellness experience preferred) • Highly organised and punctual — deadlines are non-negotiable • Proactive communicator Bonus if you: • Understand community-led brands • Have experience in Pilates, wellness or fitness • Can suggest new content ideas aligned with brand direction.
