We are looking for someone who knows exactly why people click to read an article, someone who can craft headlines in such a way that people can't refuse to click on it and read the article (or watch the video).
If you master the Norwegian language, and like the psychology of click-behaviour, then we might have a job for you!
We are an international publisher with our roots in the Netherlands. On average we have 5 million readers each month and are growing each month. We're trying to grow our market share in Norway and are looking for a Norwegian translator/headliner.
With our headlines we focus on CTR (Click Through Rate). The higher percentage people click on it to read the article, the better. Also, the articles itself need to be translated.
If you work with us, you will work in our custom made CMS. It's made with an agile approach, so sometimes you will be confronted with some unexpected bugs. Most of the time it is fixed a couple hours later :)
The main tasks are:
- Translating/crafting headlines
- Repair translated articles into correct Norwegian grammar (these articles are already translated via Google Translate from English to NO)
We will first start with only 20 articles, which are already in via Google Translate from English to NO. This will be a fixed price project. If both parties are satisfied, we have ongoing work and pay by the hour.
