I manage several subscription-based creator accounts and I’m looking for a reliable remote communication specialist to help with inbox engagement and sales support. The role involves replying to subscribers, building genuine rapport, following scripts, taking clear CRM notes, re-engaging inactive subscribers, and helping guide conversations toward renewals, upgrades, and paid content sales. This role needs someone with strong written English, fast typing, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to match different creator tones without sounding robotic. Experience with subscription-based creator platforms or similar chat/sales work is strongly preferred.
