Domain Repointing Setup Help

I need someone who can quickly repoint my .[login to view URL] domain registered with TPP Wholesale so that any visitor is taken to a different *exact URL* for the product supplier . The site itself runs on a private server, so the job is limited to updating the DNS and confirming that the redirect works across all major browsers once propagation is complete. e.g. [login to view URL] points to [login to view URL] I will give you access to the TPP Wholesale control panel as well as to the server’s virtual host file if an on-server 301 is the cleaner route. As long as the end result is a seamless, permanent redirect *without breaking any existing email records* - I’m happy.
