C++ AND QT MARBLE TO PRINT A MAP AS PNG FILE

A program to print map as png file without internet connection and without server. One time downloading map tiles ([login to view URL], etc) should be acceptable, but to run the program must be offline and without server.
The program should be made with C++ and Qt Marble. GUI (Graphic User Interface) is not mandatory in the program. At least the program has command line input and command line output (GUI is optional and not mandatory). Here is the one of link tutorials C++ and Qt Marble that could be used for the project:
INPUT program: zoom level and the center of coordinate map (Latitude & Longitude) that want to be printed.
OUTPUT program: a png file with map border picture info: EastLongitude, WestLongitude, NorthLatitude, SouthLatitude.
This program should be a simple program, because the program-run is independence to print single map as png file (not multiple printing and not continuous printing)
