STEP TWO Show me how to efficiently query all of the values for a given column. (e.g. "Quebec|Rain") STEP THREE Show me how to efficiently query all of the columns for a given timestamp (e.g. "2018-01-01 01:00") STEP FOUR Show me how to efficiently query all of the columns with a given prefix (e.g. "Quebec") for a given timestamp (e.g. "2018-01-01 01:00")
