A power supply system distributes electrical power to a consumer network. The amount of supplied power will be based on input sensor values that the system receives. In the system, there are three electricity generators including a primary power generator G0 and two auxiliary smaller generators G1 and G2 to provide power. Generator G0 is always ON in a normal operating condition, whereas G1 and G2 are ON only when extra powers are needed. The power supply system uses two sensors, sensor 1 (S1) and sensor 2 (S2), to detect whether extra power is needed. The sensors monitor two load points in the consumer network. A microcontroller is utilised to read and process the sensors’ values and control the generators accordingly.
