I need someone who can write simple code in Matlab, code for motion interpolation. When I run a code it need to load video sample of some moving object in it, at least 5 seconds long, divide it into frames and do motion estimation on it. After that based upon backward and forward frame it needs to interpolate frame in between. Code is needed for simple demonstration of temporal video interpolation by using bilateral motion estimation.
