C++ programmer modify code from rows into columns

I have datasets that have data in rows. It will collect IMU data, GPS data and other strings of data.
Each data record is recorded in it's own row.
I would like the data sorted into columns according to the time that it was recorded.
I had someone writing this code for me, but they've become sick. So the majority of the code is done, I just need a little bit changed that the previous programmer didn't add after reviews before becoming sick.
There is more work after this, but I need this code working in the next week.
