I need to run an openFoam simulation with someone's algorithm that can be located on GitHub ([login to view URL]). The input data needed for the simulation is a 3D micro-CT image; I will be providing these. The algorithm extracts 3D in situ contact angles (angle formed at the solid/liquid/liquid interface) from the X-ray image.
Note: you're not writing any codes; you only will need to run the simulation as i can not install openFoam on my Windows PC. However, as the algorithm was developed with C++, you may need to have an understanding of C++.
