Hola! Mi nombre es Victor, tengo 8 años de experiencia trabajando con Arduino y sistemas embebidos en general. Para resolver tu problema podemos migrar el proyecto a un proyecto de Platformio. Básicamente con eso podemos volver la estructura del proyecto en una estructura mas estándar de C++, en donde podemos separar y ordenar todos los componentes, para que luego los puedas reutilizar.
