Write a simple video editor in qt

I need someone to write a simple video editor for me in qt in c++ It should allow me to edit videos in mpeg and avi. I want to be able to add sound (more thatn 1 track), do the basic cut/copy/paste frames, see preview, render video, add titles, text and images, edit frame by frame, add/remove frames, cut/copy/paste sound. it should have the normal stuff you find in a video editor. The project has to use the latest qt with the latest libraries (no legacy stuff), should use qt classes for video/multimedia. The dleiverable is a qt project for win 8.1 64 bits but the exe should work in any windows vista,7,8,8.1. thnaks
